导管架设计独立核查的工作内容如下（包括但不限于）X）结构强度X析根据设计图纸建立X析模型；在位工况X析，包括静力X析（考虑波浪动力响应）、地震、动力X析、谱疲劳X析、浮托碰撞X析；安装工况X析，包括装船、运输、下水、浮态及扶正、坐底X析；导管架坐底强度X析及防沉板设计；静水压溃X析；下水滑撑校核；套筒限X析；桩基础设计校核，包括在位强度、在位承载能力、疲劳、桩腿连接、吊装、自由站立（含涡激振动）及可打入性X析；波浪拍击计算；涡激振动X析；下水腿环；节点加强环；水密封板设计；扶正吊耳设计；报告应包括所有X析模型结果、建议及潜在风险。2）导管架施工工况的运动X析建立导管架施工X析模型；进行导管架拖航稳性及运动X析；进行导管架下水运动X析；进行导管架浮态及扶正运动X析；进行坐底稳性X析；基于甲方在详细设计阶段提供的正式图纸进行重量控制；报告应包括所有X析模型结果、建议及潜在风险。The work for the jacket design independent verification is listed as follows, but not limited toX) Structural Analysis- Build analysis model based on design drawings;- In-place condition, including static (with wave dynamic), earthquake, wavedynamic, spectrum fatigue, floatover impact;- Installation condition, including loadout, transportation, launch, floatation &upending and set-down analysis;- Analysis of jacket for on-bottom condition and mudmat design;- Hydrostatic analysis;- Launch cradle check;- Pile Sleeve-to-leg Connection FEA;- Foundation piles design check, including in place strength, in place capacity,fatigue, connection, lifting, stickup (including VIV) and drivability;- Wave slamming calculation;- Vortex induced vibration analysis;- Launch leg ring;- Joint stiffener ring;- Bulkhead design;- Upending padeye design;- Summary report includes all analysis model results, recommendations andpotential risks.2) Marine Analysis for Jacket Installation Condition- Build jacket marine analysis model;- Perform transportation stability and motion analysis;- Perform launch motion analysis;- Perform flotation and upending motion analysis;- Perform set-down analysis;- Weight control based on the formal drawings provided by COMPANY in detail design phase;- Summary report includes all analysis model results, recommendations and potential risks.

1)首轮X析：承包商在收到设计文件后2 个月。 2) 最终轮X析X.5 个月；全套正式报告3 个月内提交。 1) Preliminary Analysis: Within 2 months of the Contractor's receipt of the design documents. 2) Final Analysis: Within 1.5 months; full formal report to be submitted within 3 months.

一、资格要求Qualification RequirementsX.如果投标人X，需提供有效的营业执照（具备独立法人资格）、税务登记证、组织机构代码证复印件或证照合一营业执照，投标时提供原件扫描件（原X的，应具有有效X合法授权书。总公司与X支机构只可一家参与投标，同时参与投标视为投标无效。如果投标人为事业单位的，投标人应经全国各级事业单位登记管理机关核准登记或者备案，具有合法有效的事业单位法人证书。如出现单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的情况，相关投标均无效，招标人随时有权作出拒绝投标、取消投标资格、取消授标、不签订合同或在合同签订后终止合同等决定，相关投标人须无条件接受，且由此造成的任何损失由投标人承担。2.如果投标人为境X登记注册证明。1. If the bidder is an overseas registered company, it shall provide a valid company registration certificate.二、业绩要求（开标时需进行信息公开）X．投标人应在X年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准）具有1个合同的不小于X米水深的导管架结构基本设计，或基本设计的独立验证，或详细设计，或详细设计的独立验证服务验收业绩，且均满足每项业绩的X析内容至少包括导管架在位X析和安装X析。2、投标人须提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括：（1）若业绩合同为总价合同，需同时提供以下内容X）合同，至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（应有双方签署或盖章）、服务内容。2）服务验收证明材料。 （2）若业绩合同非总价合同，需同时提供以下内容X) 合同，至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（应有双方签署或盖章）、服务内容。2) 与合同相关联的订单或工作量确认单。3）与上述订单或工作量确认单对应的服务验收证明材料。若服务验收证明材料中的相关信息能清晰证明其与合同的关联性，则无需提供上述订单或工作量确认单。 同一个非总价合同下提供1个或以上的订单及与订单对应的服务验收证明材料只算为1个有效业绩。3、未提交业绩证明文件，或通过所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。1. The bidder shall have the basic design of the jacket structure with a water depth of not less than X meters, or the independent verification of the basic design, or the detailed design, or the independent verification service acceptance performance of the detailed design, from January 1, X to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing time), and the analysis content that satisfies each performance includes at least the jacket presence analysis and installation analysis.2. The bidder shall submit relevant performance supporting documents. The performance supporting documents include:(1) If the performance contract is a total price contract, the following contents shall be provided at the same time: 1) The contract reflects at least the following contents: the contract signing time, the contract signing page (which should be signed or stamped by both parties), and the service content. 2) The service acceptance certificate materials.(2) If the performance contract is not a total price contract, the following contents shall be provided at the same time: 1) Contract, reflecting at least the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (which should be signed or stamped by both parties), service content. 2) Order or workload confirmation sheet associated with the contract. 3) Service acceptance proof materials corresponding to the above order or workload confirmation sheet. If the relevant information in the service acceptance proof materials can clearly prove its relevance to the contract, the above order or workload confirmation sheet is not required. Providing one or more orders under the same non-total price contract and the service acceptance certificate corresponding to the order are only counted as one valid performance.3. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or failure to meet the above performance requirements through the performance certification documents provided, shall be regarded as invalid performance.
