公告基本信息X开始时间X-X-X:XX截止时间X-X-X:X获取标书开始时间--获取标书截止时间--投标截止时间X-X-X:X招标采购人缅X公告正文曼德勒海螺询比价采购公示PublicNoticeofInquiryforProcurement 询价人缅X（以下，简称“曼德勒海螺”）根据生产检维修等需要，拟采购辅材汽配一批，现开展询比价工作。为进一步体现公开、公平、公正、诚实信用的原则，此次询比价在X公开进行。现将本次询比价相关信息公示如下：TheInquirer,ConchCementMandalayCo.,Ltd.,Myanmarhereinafterreferredtoas“MandalayConch”,intendstoprocureabatchofauxiliarymaterialsandautosparepartstomeettherequirementsofproduction,inspectionandmaintenance.Aninquiryandpricecomparisonexerciseisherebylaunched.Tofurtherupholdtheprinciplesofopenness,fairness,impartiality,honestyandcredibility,thisinquiryandpricecomparisonactivitywillbeconductedpubliclyontheConchSunshineIntelligentProcurementPlatform.Relevantinformationconcerningthisinquiryandpricecomparisonisannouncedasfollows: 一、询价内容概况OverviewofInquiryItems：1.询价内容：本次询价采购的是汽配；具体详见询价人在XX的询价单等相关附件。 InquiryContent:Thisinquiryisfortheprocurementofautospareparts.Forparticulars,pleaserefertotheinquirysheetandotherrelevantattachmentsuploadedbytheinquirerontheConchSunshineIntelligentProcurementPlatform.2.交货方式及地址：Xtion:GoodsshallbedeliveredtoMandalayConchWarehouseordesignatedoperationsite.Thesuppliershallundertakealltransportationcosts.3.供货数量：以上需求数量为暂定数量，具体数量以询价人实际需求或发生为准。SupplyQuantity:Theaboverequiredquantitiesareprovisional.Theactualquantityshallbesubjecttotheactualdemandorconsumptionoftheinquirer.合同有效期：合同履行结束后自动终止，其中合同起始日以询价人通知签订为准。ContractTermofValidity:Thecontractshallterminateautomaticallyuponcompletionofperformance.Thecommencementdateofthecontractshallbesubjecttotheinquirer’snotificationforsigning.二、报价人须具备的条件：1.X且未处于存续状态。ThebiddershallbealegallyregisteredcompanyinMyanmarandnotinanexistingstatus.2.不接受存在关联关系的报价人（如单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位）。Bidderswithaffiliatedrelationshipwillnotbeacceptede.g.,differententitieswhoselegalrepresentativesarethesameperson,orentitieshavingshareholdingormanagementrelationshipwitheachother.3.X本部及其所属或管理企业列入封存供应商名单的。ThebiddershallnotbeincludedinthesuspendedsupplierlistofAnhuiConchCementCo.,Ltd.Headquartersanditsaffiliatedormanagedenterprises.三、报价注意事项及询比价原则NotesonQuotationandPrinciplesofInquiryPriceComparison：1.本次询比价在X进行，经审核通过的报价人可在XX纸质版询价单，须按要求填写报价单，并扫描X盖章版至X。（具体操作流程可在海螺XX页界面右上X处XX《供应商使用手册》） ThisinquiryandpricecomparisonactivityshallbecarriedoutontheConchSunshineIntelligentProcurementPlatform.Approvedbiddersmaydownloadtheinquirydocumentfromtheplatform.Biddersshallfilloutthequotationforminaccordancewithrequirements,thenscanthestampedcopyanduploadittotheConchSunshineIntelligentProcurementPlatform.Forspecificoperatingprocedures,youmayclicktodownloadtheSupplierUserManualattheupperrightcornerofthewebpageofConchSunshineIntelligentProcurementPlatform.2X报价与盖章X扫描件X报价未填报，则以盖章X扫描件报价为准;若盖章扫描件XX报价与盖章X扫描件不一致，则以盖章X扫描件为准;除税价与含税价报价不一致时，以除税价报价为准。Afteropeningthequotations,thepricessubmittedontheplatformshallbecomparedwiththoseshownontheuploadedstampedscannedcopies.Ifnopriceisfilledinontheplatform,thequotationontheuploadedstampedscannedcopyshallprevail;Ifthestampedscannedcopyisnotuploaded,theplatformquotationshallprevail;Ifthereisdiscrepancybetweentheplatformquotationandtheuploadedstampedscannedcopy,thequotationontheuploadedstampedscannedcopyshallprevail;Incaseofinconsistencybetweentax-exclusivepriceandtax-inclusiveprice,thetax-exclusivepriceshallprevail.报价人在报价时应综合考虑供货过程中一切不确定因素，合理报价，产品含税单价为合同有效期内供货价格，签订供货合同后，供货价格不再调X，税率调X除外。   Biddersshallfullyconsideralluncertainfactorsarisinginthesupplyprocessandsubmitreasonablequotations.Thetax-inclusiveunitpriceofproductsshallserveasthesupplypricewithinthecontractterm.Afterthesupplycontractissigned,thesupplypriceshallnotbeadjusted,exceptintheeventoftaxratechanges.4.询价比原则包括但不限于以下内容：原则上选择综单价最低单位为预供货单位，若存在单价相同情况，则进行一轮竞价。Principlesofinquiryandpricecomparisonincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:Inprinciple,thebidderwiththelowestcomprehensiveunitpriceshallbeselectedasthetentativesupplier.Ifthecomprehensiveunitpricesarethesame,oneroundofcompetitivequotationshallbecarriedout.5.报价人X询价文件或X询价文件的IP地址一致的，视为串通报价，报价无效，且报价单位列入封存供应商管理。IfbiddersdownloadoruploadinquirydocumentsfromthesameIPaddress,suchconductshallbedeemedcollusivequotation.Thequotationshallbeinvalid,andtherelevantbidderwillbeincludedinthesuspendedsupplierlistformanagementcontrol.6.如供货单位放弃供应权，则列入封存供应商管理。Iftheselectedsupplierrenouncesthesupplyqualification,thesuppliershallbeaddedtothesuspendedsupplieX上X相关要求RelevantRequirementsforOnlineRegistration：1.凡有意参加报价者必须XX：https:X提示要求进行账号X并X招标要求提供的资质材料；AllpartiesintendingtosubmitquotationsmustlogintotheConchSunshineIntelligentProcurementPlatformathttps:X.com,completeaccountregistrationinaccordancewiththesystemprompts,anduploadallqualificationdocumentsrequiredintheinquirydocuments.2.询比价时间安排ScheduleforInquiryandPriceComparison：X时间：X年X月X日X:X至X年X月X日X:XRegistrationPeriod:FromX:X on September X,X,toX:XonSeptemberX,X报价时间：X年X月X日X:X至X年X月X日X:X；QuotationTime: FromX:X on September X,X,toX:XonSeptemberX,X.比价地址：X:MandalayConchOfficeBuilding;Biddersarenotinvitedtoattend.五、询价人信息InquirerX名称：缅XCompanyName:MyanmarConchCementMandaX地址：Xip,MandalayCity联系人及电话ContactPhone：备注：X对询比价标过程及结果有疑义的，可
