(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3) Suppliers should possess the following construction qualifications: Level III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development of the People's Republic of China;4) Having a valid safety production license;5) The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;6) Performance requirements: none; 7) Other requirements: Units that are prohibited from participating in government procurement activities by government management departments shall not participate in competition. 8) This project does not allow subcontracting.
