2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货XX项目现场（或仓库）；境外设备：目的港为上海港。

交货时间： 境内设备：合同签订后8个月内DDP交项目现场（或仓库）；境外设备：合同签订后首批4台机床X个月内FOB交货，后续4台机床X个月内FOB交货。其它设备X个月FOB交货。

2. Deliverytime and place：

Deliveryplace： Domestic equipment: Project site (or warehouse) of Baowu Group Masteel Rail Transit Materials Technology Co., Ltd.;Overseas equipment: The port of destination is Shanghai port.

Deliverytime： Domestic equipment: Within eight (8) months after the contract is signed, DDP delivery to the project site (or warehouse); Overseas equipment: Within ten (X) months after the contract is signed, the first four (4) lathes shall be delivered FOB. The subsequent four (4) lathes shall be delivered FOB within twelve (X) months. The other equipment shall be delivered FOB within ten (X) months.
