(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) Having the third level or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and also possessing a third level or above (including third level) power facility license for installation, maintenance, and testing issued by the National Energy Administration Regulatory Bureau (or the National Electric Power Regulatory Commission); (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in mechanical and electrical engineering;
