mso-hansi-font-family:'Times New Roman';mso-bidi-font-family:'Times New Roman';mso-ansi-font-weightX; font-sizeX.Xpt;mso-font-kerningX.Xpt;">审入围条件及评审办法<oX></oX>7.1评审入围条件：供应商响应文件响应函中载明的报价高于采购人期望值的，不再进行后续评审。<oX></oX>7.2评审办法：本次评审采用经评审的最低价法，若通过初步评审且满足谈判文件实质要求的供应商数量≥3家时，则按最终报价费率由低到高顺序取前3名入围框架单位（与第3名最终报价费率相同的，同等入围）；如通过初步评审且满足谈判文件实质要求的供应商数量不足3家时，本项目将重新采购。<oX></oX>本项目最终框架协议价格为入围供应商的最低报价费率；若入围供应商不接受最终框架协议价格则取消入围资格，最终框架协议价格不变，按最终报价费率排序依次替补，直至选出3家成交供应商。<oX></oX><a name="_TocX"></a><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'Times New Roman';
